ONLINE ENROLLMENT
USING AERIES ONLINE ENROLLMENT
Salida Union School District Aeries Online Enrollment allows you to quickly start the process of registering a student for school. Information about the student such as emergency contacts, medical and language information will be collected. Upon completion, the student's information is electronically sent to the school.
The online process typically takes 20-30 minutes. If you are unable to complete the process in one sitting, you may logout, and resume the process at a later time.
You have the option to upload documents during the online enrollment process to expedite the enrollment process.
Please have the following documents available for upload when starting the online process:
- Certified Birth Certificate
- Immunization Record
- Proof of residency (current utility bill, property tax bill, rental property contract/lease, pay stub, or voter registration)
- Proof of physical exam (for enrolling Kindergarten students, exams dated after 3/1/23 also meet the 1st grade physical exam requirement)
- Proof of Oral Health Exam or appointment scheduling
If you do not have these items at this time, you may upload them at a later time or bring them to the front office during your scheduled appointment time.
You will be contacted by the school site attendance secretary once your registration is submitted to schedule an appointment to come to the office for enrollment verification.

PLEASE NOTE: Enrollment at the neighborhood residence school is determined on a first-come, first-served basis. Because of overcrowding in several of our schools and the uncertainty of school budgets for next year, this enrollment does not guarantee placement at your neighborhood residence school.
